athene® contains many ways to create reports automatically. Traditional client tools and scheduler are used to replicate reporting across many similar instances of the same data type. Define a Report and Define a Bulletin are tools used to implement this type of reporting. Target groups created with athene’s Group Editor can be used to replicate and clone reports by target. Integrator instance reports can be replicated by using name matching within Define a Bulletin. Status reports are automatically created for all targets and instances.
The athene Portal also contains automatic reporting. Reporting features in the Portal advance with each release, and will eventually replace traditional client tools. Most features of Define a Report are available, along with many new capabilities. Dashboards can be updated automatically every few minutes if desired. Service View Dashboards automatically update on a schedule, and provides an out-of-the-box capability that will replace or supplement traditional bulletins.
